Assembling a team of experts:

Helping the bank develop real-time data platform required deep subject-matter expertise in architectural design, engineering and project management. We assembled a team of experts to conduct a eight-week evaluation of the customer’s business case. From there, we focused on building solution architecture and analyzing existing systems and available technology. Our team of experts included:
