In accordance with Article 13 of the Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation), hereinafter referred to as "GDPR", we inform you that:

1. The Controller of your personal data is Struct4 with its registered office in Warsaw, at Zurawia 122/44 Street, 00-680 Warsaw, entered into the Register of Entrepreneurs of the National Court Register kept by the District Court in Warsaw, XII Commercial Division of the National Court Register, under number: 00001012802, NIP: 7011124732, REGON: 524188357, hereinafter referred to as "Struct4" or "Controller".
2. Regarding the protection of your personal data, you can contact the Data Protection Officer, hereinafter referred to as "DPO" designated by the Controller at the email address: office@struct4.com.
3. We process your personal data on the basis of:
   1. Article 6 sec. 1 letter (c) GDPR
      Article 221 of the Labour Code, which authorises us to process data for the purpose of concluding a contract of employment with regard to data such as: first name(s) and surname, date of birth, correspondence address at your discretion. For the purposes of the recruitment process we also process such data as: education, course of previous employment.
   2. Article 6 sec. 1 letter (a) GDPR i.e. consent, with regard to data other than those listed above. If your application contains such data.
   3. Article 6 sec. 1 letter (f) GDPR i.e. legitimate interests of the Controller.
      During the recruitment process we may be interested in conducting an interview or ask you to solve specific qualification tests. We have a legitimate interest in using the data collected during such an interview or test to check your skills for the offered position.
4. The recipients of the personal data may be authorized employees of the Controller, Joint Controllers and other persons acting under the Controller's authority, courts and other public authorities authorized to receive your data on the basis of applicable law. The data may be made available to entities with which the Controller has concluded a Processing Agreement.
5. Your personal data collected during the recruitment process will be processed for a period of 5 years or until you withdraw your consent to its processing (to the extent covered by your consent).
6. You have the following rights:
   1. access your data and receive a copy of it;
   2. rectify (correct) your personal data;
   3. erasure your personal data, restrict or object to processing of personal data;
   4. transmit your personal data;
   5. file a complaint to the supervisory authority (President of the Personal Data Protection Office), in case the processing of personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
